Peninsula Bay Resort Condominiums are new luxury condominiums along Traverse City's East Bay shoreline referred to locally as the "miracle mile" because of its sandy beaches. Pioneer Construction, out of Grand Rapids, finished the first phase of construction January 2006. This summer they finished the remaining suites and are just finishing up the exterior bathooms for the outside pools.
