Suite D34

The "D" suites are the largest condominiums within Peninsula Bay. They are the only to a dedicated dining area off the kitchen. The owner's have provide a nice table and set of chairs. Suite D34 is also a corner "water-side" suite with beautiful views to the North as well has having an exposed East facing wall. This lends for plenty of natural light during the day. The balcony is also unique with its rounded corner end. A round table and 4 chairs were a perfect placement. The suite is furnished with burnt orange chairs & sofa with coffee bean tables and kitchen which lend to a warm inviting feeling. The ceiling in the living room is vaulted with rope up-lighting - very warm lighting during the evening hours. There is also a "flip the switch" fireplace for those cool nights or for the ambience. Master bedroom is on the water side and has direct views. Its bathroom has dual vanity sinks and a glassed in shower with seat. A nice size walk-in closet is off the master bedroom. Both Master and Guest Bedrooms enjoy King size beds. The guest bedroom also enjoys a walk-in closet and shares its bathroom with the condo itself. Views from the guest bedroom are quite nice from 3rd floor even at an angle. The kitchen is our largest and is fully stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. All suites enjoy almost full size stackable washer & dryers inside the suite. Peninsula Bay has 24 hr security doors. The complex also enjoys a heated outside "bayside" swimming pool and hot tub. Enjoy lunch in the eating area next to the pool and make use of the large grill. Peninsula Bay includes 330 ft of East Bay frontage...
