Suite B31

Suite B31 is a brand new suite - freshly furnished and ready to greet its first guest! This suite is located on 3rd floor and nearest the elevator for easy coming and goings. Suite B31 sleeps 6 - all in beds. This is accomplished by way of a king bed in the master bedroom and two full beds in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has its own walk-in closets and full bathroom. There is an extra 1/2 bathroom for the condo itself. Lots of elbow room within the B & C layouts. Suite has a kitchen island with bar stools for kitchen side dining or conversating. Enjoy the gas "flip the switch" fireplace and vaulted "rope-lit" ceilings, both do wonders for evening atmosphere. The kitchen is full stocked with all that is needed to prepare meals. The Sub-Zero refridgerators have ice makers within the bottom freezer drawer. You will also find a coffee maker, toaster, iron & board, hair dryer, stackable washer/dryer, and all linens are provided - including pillows. All Peninsula Bay suites enjoy both the outside swimming pool as well as the hot tub - but also 330 ft of private East Bay shoreline. A grill is provided in the eating area near the pool. There is also an outside restroom for pool-side convience. This is truly a beautiful condominium in one of Traverse City's most spectacular develpments on East Bay!
