This suite is located on 1st floor and is a walkout - wonderful for easy access to the outdoors, your car, or to walk down to the beach. Suite B11 is furnished in a nautical theme which lends nicely to its location on East Bay. Sleeping 6 guests by way of a king bed in the master bedroom, queen bed in the guest bedroom and a double day-bed in the guest. The master bedroom enjoys a sliding glass door to the patio area or you can access the patio from a swing door off the living room. The master bath has dual vanity sinks and a glassed in shower with seat. The guest bedroom also enjoys a full private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. There is a 1/2 bath for the condo itself. Near the guest bedroom is a closeted stackable washer & dryer which is nearly full size. The kichen is custom with top of the line appliances such as a Fisher-Paykal dual drawer dishwasher and Sub-Zero refridgerator. Suite B11 is your choice for lots of elbow room and walk-out conviences.

Rates: $2,200/week - Summer 2010 ( July & August-Sat-to-Sat)
