This suite is located on 2nd floor and an easy and quick walk to the lobby down only one flight of stairs. (of course you and take our over-sized elevator if you wish!) Beautifully decorated with nice warm colors and very comfortable furnishings, Suite A20 is very well received. It's the second largest suite at Peninsula Bay at 1530 sqft. This suite sleeps 6 by way of a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom, and a full size Aero Bed inflatable mattress. The master bedroom enjoys a flat screen TV. All linens are provided by Northern Shores, including bath towels & pool towels. In the living room boasts lots of ambient sunlight as this suite has two walls exposed to the exterior of the building. Windows along the South and East side of the building lend wonderfully to incoming sunlight in the morning and afternoon. There is a "flip the switch" gas fireplace adding warmth to off-season cool evenings. The living room also enjoys a vaulted ceiling with rope up-lighting. This feature is a favorite for its warm glow to the condo at night. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The counter-tops are granite and the cabinets are custom made. Laundry during your stay is a breeze as each condo is provided an almost full size stackable washer/dryer. Suite A20 is enjoyed for its many windows and larger living room area...
