This clean and completely charming cottage is located about 1.5 miles north of Northport, Leelanau County, on a scenic drive situated with 124 feet of private beachfront. This cottage was built in 1924, and has been lovingly owned by us for over twenty years. It is a treasure.
Sit on the enclosed porch, the deck, or on the beach, sipping your morning coffee while watching the sun come up as the swans are swimming by in search of their morning minnow.
Cottage is furnished with most amenities of everyday living including fully equipped kitchen, central heat, overhead fans and window fans, great stone fireplace, charcoal grill, and picnic table. Games and books are there for the choosing after a fun day on the beach, or exploring the many wonders beckoning from nearby.
Free internet, cable television, and long distance calling.
Sleeps six very comfortably:
1 bedroom has double bed
1 bedroom has daybed, which opens easily into twin beds
Loft bedroom has twin beds
1 bathroom
Guests bring sheets and towels.
Rentals are by the week only (shorter times after Labor Day).
Available from June through January.
- The week begins Saturday at 3:30 p.m. until the following Saturday at 11:00 a.m.
- Rent is $1,100 per week. $500 deposit to reserve. Balance due two weeks prior to visit.
- Refund only if cancelation by guest can be filled.
- All boats or other water toys are provided by the guests.
No smoking on the property. Pet may be negotiable
