This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Michigan, any and all disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the state of Michigan, disregarding conflicts of law, forum and venue.

NOTICE TO ADVERTISERS - Membership Cancellation Policy
Traverse City Vacationer.com listings are offered on a non-refundable annual basis. In the event you cancel your listing prior to the end of the one-year contract, no refunds will be made.

PROPERTY OFF THE MARKET
If you wish to remove your property from the Traverse City Vacationer.com, we can temporarily deactivate the listing and reactivate it at a future date. Your Traverse City Vacationer.com listing runs through the original term of purchase, and the renewal date does not change (i.e. the renewal date will not be extended for the amount of time the property is off the market).

PROPERTY SOLD
If you sell your property, you may transfer your Traverse City Vacationer.com listing to the new owner for a one-time $10 listing transfer fee (normally paid by the new property owner). NOTE: No refund will be given; however, existing and new property owners are encouraged to come to a fair division of fees amongst themselves.

SELLING A Traverse City Vacationer.com LISTING

Traverse City Vacationer.com reserves the right to cancel (without refund) any member mentioning Traverse City Vacationer.com or any of its associated websites, URLs, or any associated Traverse City Vacationer.com email address in any spam e-mail message or on-line posting. Traverse City Vacationer.com is the sole judge in determining what constitutes spam.

MEMBERSHIP POLICIES
Traverse City Vacationer.com reserves the right to reject or edit any ad submitted at our sole discretion. Once material has been submitted, edited and posted on Traverse City Vacationer.com, it becomes the property of Traverse City Vacationer.com and its affiliated sites and may not be copied from the Traverse City Vacationer.com web site without written permission.

LOCAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
Property owners are responsible for knowing and adhering to all local regulations including, but not limited to permits, licenses, occupancy taxes, and safety compliance.
